- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to fill out any necessary paperwork, as well as to start to relax before your treatment service begins. Arriving late may limit the time available for your appointment.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Because an appointment is reserved exclusively for you, a last minute cancellation or ‘no-show’ leaves appointments open that could otherwise be filled by another guest. Please be courteous. If you do need to cancel, do so by phone and not by e-mail.
- If you enjoy your spa service and would like to show your appreciation in the form of a tip, we have gratuity envelopes at the front desk for your discretion. As a guide, a tip of 15-20% is customary. We thank-you for your generosity.
- As a rule young children are not generally permitted in spas, but I remember only too well how difficult it is having young children and trying to squeeze in a little ‘me’ time at the spa, even for basic maintenance! Because of this, I have a small child-safe area so that mums can visit the spa. This is permitted only for treatments of 30 minutes or less, but enough time to allow mum to get the ‘basics’ done and to look and feel better.

- We regret that we cannot issue refunds on products that have been opened or used.
- The Cottage Garden Spa is not responsible for loss of, or damage to personal belongings.
